Drilling
Texas Oil Company, a new subsidiary of Freedom Energy E&P, has acquired rights to participate in drilling new wells within 50,000 leasehold acres in the Mancos Shale. Existing wells have discovered and produced light, sweet crude oil from a naturally-fractured reservoir. The new field recoverable oil potential exceeds 0.50 MMBOE.

BOB WILCOCK, DIRECTOR. Former Director of Freedom Energy Exploration. Former President/CEO of American Frontier Roofing in St. George, Utah, and owner/manager of Wilcock Leasing in Wyoming.
MICHAEL P. RUSSON, Owner & Manger of Skyline Oil, LLC, JV Manager and Contract Operator of wells. Developed the Mancos Shale Play. BS/MS in Geology from Brigham Young University.
